JANUARY 2026: LOVE IS THE VIBE
This sold out. Please join us next time!
Our theme this month is: LOVE IS THE VIBE. Yes, our event is in January. But the event is really all about February and its aesthetic. Because February doesn’t ease into the year…. it kicks the door down wearing pink, throwing heart-shaped confetti in your face, and yelling, “Let’s do this.” The vibe is aggressively LOVE. Love on the shelves, love in the ads, love in your inbox, love in that one song that suddenly makes you start sobbing in the car. Even people who “don’t care about Valentine’s Day” are somehow thinking about love while holding a heart-shaped box of chocolates and one single red rose they absolutely did not buy for themselves. February is short, cold, and a little unhinged, so it makes sense that it goes all in on love. So let’s embrace everything that is February and celebrate L-O-V-E, Kids for Kindness style.
After learning a bit about our this month’s theme, we will spend the remainder of our time working on our three kindness projects. For our first project, we will make some adorable lil Valentines pinatas. At our second station, we will decorate placemats for elderly folks who receive food through Meals on Wheels. And lastly, we will create a Valentines themed candy car for kiddos in the foster care system!
Our events are geared to kids of all ages, and we have had kids ranging in age from 1 to 18 at our events. So all are welcome! Parents or guardians are asked to stay with their children through the length of the program to assist the children in completing the projects.
We charge a nominal materials fee per child. Thus, the supplies for each of these activities will be provided as part of the cost of participation. Detailed instructions for each project will be provided as well. The fee will secure your spot in our program. If, for any reason, you must cancel your registration, please do so at least 10 days before the event in order to secure a full refund. Otherwise, your materials fee will be forfeited.
